Christine Hudson

Christine leads a small transformation team responsible for the CA Technologies internal business agility transformation. She and her amazing teams support leaders at all levels as they strive to adopt lean-agile mindset and practices, find the courage to work more transparently, as they practice having difficult strategy conversations more collaboratively, and strive to bring their whole selves to work.

Christine's expertise includes executive and senior leadership coaching, especially around the cultural change needed for customer-centric business operating systems (such as Agile, DevOps), and strategic collaborative facilitation including visual ROI and decision making.

Christine is an active member of the Colorado Startup Community, as a volunteer on the Startup Colorado board, on the advisory board for The Food Corridor and as a board member for Community Funded, two amazing Colorado startups.
